Unprecedented sanctions on North Korea

The UN Security Council voted unanimously in support of new sanctions on North Korea today, covering over 90 percent of the country’s exports. These are the toughest sanctions to date and are in response to the regime’s recent H-bomb test. RT America’s Anya Parampil reports from Seoul, South Korea.
