Tonight on the Ed Show on MSNBC:

Sixteen months after Gov. Scott Walker launched a war on the working/middle class, voters in Wisconsin are deciding his fate in a recall election that continues through 8pCT/9pET tonight.

By all accounts, the turnout has been heavy -- including the counties of Dane, Waukeshau and Milwaukee, where officials needed to call in reserve poll workers to handle the volume.

Ed, who has stood with working families in Wisconsin since the beginning, will have extended coverage tonight from the Great Dane pub in Madison (drop by if you're in the area)!

Ruth Conniff, Political Editor of The Progressive Magazine, and John Nichols, Washington Correspondent of The Nation, will break down this historic day in the Badger State.

Will today's high voter turnout be enough to defeat the massive amounts of outside cash raised by Walker? Ed will ask Lee Saunders, Secretary-Treasurer of AFSCME, and Kristen Crowell, Executive Director of We Are Wisconsin, about the "get out the vote" effort.

Then, state Sen. Sen. Lena Taylor is officially requesting an investigation into robo calling and other dirty tricks. Taylor and state Sen. Fred Risser join Ed tonight for the latest on that.

And the recall election is much bigger than the Badger State. Howard Fineman, NBC News Political Analyst and Editorial Director of the Huffington Post Media Group, Joan Walsh, Salon’s Editor at Large, look at what the Walker recall means for the rest of us.
