Baldwin Made His Bed...

Stephen Baldwin, an outspoken conservative who once said of President Obama, "Homey made this bed, now he has got to lay in it," has been charged with failure to pay his taxes for three years.

Attorney Russell Yankwitt said of the charges, "Stephen Baldwin is not guilty of any crimes but is working diligently with New York state authorities and the district attorney's office to resolve any disputes they have." Yankwitt continued, "Stephen has the utmost respect for the government officials and is confident that working together, they will reach an amicable resolution."

In February of 2010, Baldwin told ABC's Jonathan Karl "I am not happy about the way things are. I pray for President Obama every single day. But tell you what. Homey made this bed, now he has got to lay in it."

Baldwin is facing up to four years in prison on the tax charges.

President Obama is comfortable and cozy with fireside qualities that endear him to his family, friends and the American people....at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue....a place' you Stephen Baldwin will never have the opportunity to live. You are not any different from dead beat dad, Joe Walsh. I hope you like your bed in the pokey .......homey

The Radical GOP want to give subsidies to big oil then you got to pay for it with tax increases for the top 2%.............don't expect the middle class or small business to pay for it.............you want to increase the Defense budget then make the top 2% foot the bill instead of the middle class..................the Radical Republican Party expect the middle class to pay for their corporate giveaways..................it is time that the top 2% foot the bill for the GOP subsidies for Corporations, big oil & big pharma..............

This is how you compromise with the Radial Republican Party.............if you want something you got to give something...........you want tax cuts for millionaire & billionaires..........you got to give Americans Universal Single Payer health care......................the tax cuts are already set to sunset so you really can't expect us to give up something such as Medicare or Social Security benefits in order for you to get something when you are not giving up anything because it has the tax cuts have an expiration date...........you want a new expiration date then you got to give something that benefits America in return..............if you want to get something then give something in return..............because you aren't giving up anything.........it is set to expire on its own..................

I agree............people like him prey on the middle class..............I would like to see him earn a living as an actor without an audience willing to buy the ticket & the overpriced popcorn...............is it the film industry who creates the jobs & drives the economy or the people paying premium prices for the ticket?????...........without an audience willing to pay the price of admission their is no movie................

People like him freeload off all us who work and have taxes taken out of our checks. They don't pray for us they prey on us.

I can understand some accounting errors or overlooking something, but not paying for three years is just plain "not being responsible"............not being a responsible patriotic citizen of the USA.

Stephen Baldwin basically freeloaded on the American Infrastructure as a result of not paying his fair share..................guess he felt entitled & in his opinion the free-loading middle class can do the sacrificing while he rides on their backs.

No taxes for three years? that's what I call a loophole. Maybe he should ask Wesley Snipes for advice. Oops, I forgot, he's in jail for the same thing. I agree with ron. These people want the lesser classes to pay for everything while they think they are ENTITLED to keep every dime they make. Then they have the balls to say the people living paycheck to paycheck who pay their Federal, State, County, City, etc. taxes are the ones bleeding THEIR wallet.

Well he made his bed and he has to lay in. I am tried of people like him who have their wealth and feel that the laws on taxes are for the little people. To me they are like that lovely lady who once said only little people pay taxes. I have no sympathy for any person rich or poor who doesnt pay their taxes or cheats on them to pay less. I guess he felt he shouldnt have to pay as he not one of the little people and being a one of the big people who are the true patriots (a conservative) he was above the law. If he wanted to play now he can pay or to put it another way you did the crime now do the time or pay the fine.

I wish they would put the people I see on the ads that say I owed the government $XXX,XXX.XX dollars and I only paid X,XXX.XX dollars. They all should be making little rock out of big ones.

just my humble views
