Romney Offers Moderate Position on Abortion, Takes it Back

Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan are in damage control mode again, this time over abortion. Romney told an Iowa reporter he didn't have any abortion legislation on his agenda. When that riled up his conservative base, he immediately took it back via a surrogate, and reaffirmed his intent to defund Planned Parenthood. Big Eddie has the videotape on Romney's previous positions on the matter. Watch it.

There's Mitt with his little smirk on his face flip/ flopping again. If you don't like what he says, stick around a few minutes and he'll change it. He's the most phony candidate I've seen in years. The man has no BACKBONE. As far as polls, they're bullshit. The right wing media is in the business of lying and influence. Remember when exit polls used to be pretty accurate? They are going to hammer the message that it's over, why vote? This is classic pub strategy. Romney is surging ahead!!! It's just like the big lie they have been using for decades, that give us the helm, and we'll keep everything the way it is, it wont cost you a dime folks This comes after four years of not stop critique of the Presidents policy. Now, outside of whoever Mitty is speaking to at the time, you would think that Romney and Obama are in the same party with what's coming out of his mouth. The strategy being, hey we agree on most issues here, we'll just do it better.

THEY LIE

I am getting to wonder if my vote is really worth what it was the first time I voted. I guess the polls are true and fair now that robme is either tired or leading. I heard annie say the president is shameful brat for saying mittens lied in the debate. She must be losing it as for the last 18 months of gop=tea baggers running around saying what they would do. Mittens said 20% tax cuts for everyone, will support any bill to do away with roe v wade, repeal obamacare totally and let the states and insurance companies work it out. I guess flip flops are a way of live in the robme home and not lies.

I am sick of the idiots that are going to vote for robme becuase when ask about issues they cant give an answer that isnt from foxie or limpaw. When facts are shown they say left wing media, left wing lies, and why should I give to others from what I earned. These are the less caring, less giving, and phony christians who are the greedest phonies I have seen in my life time. My time is 67 years now and I have seen alot of stuff. They want what the government gives them but now they feel they shouldnt have to pay for anything. Talk about a bunch of freeloaders these people are the biggest...

just my humble views

Oh, I'm quite sure "something else is going on here." It's harder to steal an election if the polls are showing the exact opposite, people might get suspicious and think we are no longer living in a democracy. It's easier to deceive before the election, then steal it!

TAX THE RICH and remember to vote!

It is so hard for me to understand how the polls shifted. It seems that right after the conservatives came up with a so called democrat conspiracy the polls shifted in Romney's favor. Is just because Mitt gave a very good presentation at the debate or is something else going on here? The polls I have seen referred to in various political articles do not show the demographics or the questions which were asked so I am confused. Are there more people now that like what the NEW Romney is saying and accepting his lies and distortions? Do people really want to go back to the Bush policies that destroyed this country? I know as I grow older that I want my Medicare and Social Security because I EARNED both of the benefits. Also, I believe that we have an obligation to help those less fortunate. I would prefer that my tax dollars go to people in need instead of paying the GOP House and Senate members who have done NOTHING FOR THEIR MONEY.
