I agree Linda: a judges court order is the LAW........you & I would be sitting in jail..........and I agree with your take Ron...........these protesters at the DNC are going about it all wrong & backwards...........I get that we need to keep pressure on all Politicians.........I get not fighting for single payer..............but if the GOP keep padding the bench with Radical Right Wing Activist Supreme Court Justices............???????????.......there is a lot at stake when it comes time to vote.........not voting for either party is stupid..............the smarter thing to do is build a party for the people with a backbone...........that represent the people instead of corporations.........corporations are people my friend.......but I am not a corporate business.......???

Just one last question-----why isn't that state official in Ohio in jail for defying a court order??? If you or I ignore a court order they slap the cuffs on us.

Mr Fargo I dont know what they were thinking I missed some of the gop=tea bagger convention did these people protest there Who the heck do these people think caused all the money problems. I guess even people who think they are going to get the dems to do more by protesting in this way are out of touch as much as mittens and paulie. They should have been in tampa and stopping the clown show. I know the dems have a platform that will address the economy, but these people by doing this crazy protest is just feeding the right and not doing a thing to promote the ideas of the dems..

I guess alex that people have said everything they could have said. The problem as I see it the gop=tea baggers have been just saying the same old stuff and how many post can a person do to debunk the same lies. I see it where I live as the local media just put opinions in that are right and when a person on the left comes in with a fact filled opinion this so call newspaper prints it and then puts about every rebuttal that calls the person every name in the book. I think we will see more posting when the election is over as then we will know what the gop=tea baggers will do win or lose. If they win we will have to start speaking up very loud when they pass their agenda of corporate welfare and welfare for the wealthy. These people on the right wont admit it they voted for the clown show....
Harold I had seen this when I was working and the company would lay off people then load up the extra work on who was left. The stats show that the american worker is going backwards as the company bottom line is going forwards. I was a shop steward and we fought to stop lay offs and when they were done we fought to bring people back as our work load went from 8 to 9 service calls per day to 14 or more each day. The company said this was the new norm and we said bs as this policy allowed them to go after people for so called unproductive activity. I was even subject to this treatment and fought for years to disprove this. The corporations will have control of the labor policies of this country if the gop=tea baggers win. Deregulation and defunding will be the norm and all the american workers who voted for the clown show will look to europe and other non third world countries and see how good these others workers have it. The right will bust unions, do away with overtime for the 40 hour week, stop paid sick leave and vacations, be able to fire workers who are older and make to much, and to say it they will do away with all the things unions and the government laws have given them.. Also on the older workers I saw this happen to my dad 32 years with UPS and in 1974 they came in and fired him and 12 others who would have been vested in a pension after 5 years who went into management after driving truck for years, and who couldnt be fired due to age. This was done due to the law against age and vested pensions that came in in july of 1974. This will become the norm for you to work for 20 30 40 years and they will fire you with nothing to show for a life time of hard work and loyality just like my dad had done to him..

I haven't written as much because I've been working late for the last year. My company has laid off workers and is working those of us left to death....
