I still say the bigger scandal is what Romney actually pulled during the Olympics. Going around to corporation after corporation whoring for money and sponsors, they were about to lose the whole thing so Romney had to sell his soul to save face.

Then it was payback time. That is what alot of Bain was all about, they had to pay back Huntsman et al for saving their rear ends. I had always wondered what the story was behind the name change from Texaco Chemical to Huntsman Corporation. There had to be a connection because of the timing of it all.

I'm sorry but the glory of Romney and the Olympics wasn't worth the loss of all those jobs. This is about pride and arrogance. Sacrificing an entire economy for the sake of a few sports moments that nobody even remembers anymore. And we are still suffering the fallout.

The phrase follow the money takes on a whole new meaning.

No kidding, Eugenie.. I never watch the Sunday shows anymore. Get almost all my news from the internet and msnbc.. also listen to Stephanie Miller, Ed and Randi Rhodes. Walking every day with my earphones in. Network news is only good for local stuff, weather and sports. Network national news is practically worthless. Bill Moyers on PBS is wonderful, and the Daily Show and Colbert Report also must see for the real story. Colbert's distaste for robme is obvious, and his commentaries are funny and dead on.

Speaking of Colbert, Linda, saw an interview tonight with the mayor of Houston. She's a sharp lady. Good to know Texas can still turm em out.

TAX THE RICH, robme's pants are on fire...

You are exactly right Linda. The people on all of the shows are saying it, there is some very big damning stuff in those, and he is smart enough to know full well, that it would spell the end of his campaign. I don't know how he expects to win, the Presidency, based on all of that. Now, they have gone back to all of the dirty, horrible, negative, the President is not one of us, stuff again. It will not work. The President has been in there for 3 and a half years, and people still think that he is a nice guy! I think the GOP knows that they are in trouble, "very big trouble"!

They're dug in. He is not going to release the returns. That's why the new strategy that they keep trying over and over again is now being tried yet again. Paint the President as drug using and unAmerican. In lieu of releasing the tax records.

There must be some pretty damning stuff in those records. And its got to be more than he paid little or no taxes, we already know that. He was being considered for VP under McCain and he had to show them about 5 years worth. They declined to make him the running mate. McCain keeps coming to the defense of people the GOP is attacking like Hilary's assistant. Guilt complex?

In Mitts Words; if he's not fumbling over words to explain who he is, he's reading attack dog script. You can tell he is trying (too hard) to be in character. His faux passion, like he really cares... he only cares about protecting his money, bumped up by the big money supporters. Lie, cheat, flip flop... in front of his peanut gallery, the dumbed down who eat up all the red meat.

He's hoping that enough head nodders will disregard the facts, ignore the real story behind his claims, insult the sitting POTUS, who a majority of Americans voted for, who is guiding the country for them in an uncertain world.

The GOP idiots are desperate, and willing to trash the economy, the credibility of the country, and buy all the time they can with all the money in the world... as the unemployment rate grows with their help.

Which explanation do you want? It depends on who he is talking to when. I'll bet we could find at least 5 different explanations. Just like everything else he says. Put it in a bag, shake it up and see what you pick. That's Mittie

I think Romney, made alot more money than is being reported, and that there are some smoking bombs, ready to go off, in the Bain Capital thing, and blind trusts, overseas. Bain Capital is Romney, through, and through, and he can try to spin it anyway he wants , but americans aren't buying it.

I am so tired of all of the media, I it makes me not want to watch any of the shows anymore. Pat, you brought up Dan Rather. I cannot figure out how the polls can be neck-in-neck either, with all of the stuff that is going on. I don't think they are polling enough of , or a wide enough variety of people from all of the states, or from people living in other countries, like me. How can they get the data that they are showing, unless they are fixing the polls to read what they want them to say? I do agree that there are alot of people who are not paying attention to any of it right now. Why would anyone even consider voting for someone like Romney, or Cantor, Or Boehner, Or McConnell, or Bachmann, or or Deadbeat Dad-Joe Walsh, or Paul Ryan, or Rand Paul, or--I think you all get the picture!!

Keep asking Mitt Romney questions about his tax returns & business practices so Mitt will be on record either telling the truth or tell lies.................so when or if he ever does fess up & release his tax returns & full financial disclosure we can find out if he is an honest man or a liar!!!!..........my guess is that he is a liar & would drop out of the race before releasing his tax returns.......................

In my opinion it is fair game to ask Mitt Romney speculative questions since he refuses to release his tax returns & refuses to give full financial disclosure. I challenge the media to keep asking the tough questions.

Mitt Romney listed as a FOREIGNER on his taxes?

Is Mitt Romney listed as a Foreign Entity on his taxes so he can evade paying USA taxes? Is Mitt Romney evading taxes by pretending to be a foreigner when he does his taxes?
