Scratch, my last post!!! After hearing the whole story on what Santorum said about not being his job to correct mis-information! I am going to re-write it! I answered to soon I guess! It is your job to correct any lies that are out there about the President, especially like John McCain did in the 08 Campaign. If you hear people spreading lies, and mis-information , to try to damage someone's character, it is your duty to put a stop to it, if you are any kind of a decent human being at all! Especially, if the tables were turned, and he Santorum were the President. Their party would be out there, ranting, and raving, about all of it, and finding, and laying, blame!!! These Republicans, are only further hurting their party by their silence. Rick Santorum, where are your morals? I am outraged, by your behavior! Today, Catholic leaders slammed Newts comments, about his, Obama, the food stamp President, remarks, as immoral! Well, I have to ask the Catholics. Why did you let him become a Catholic in the first place. I will say again! He is only using it to get votes, just like the (very devout)", Rick Santorum!! I don't care how I sound here, every thing I have said is the truth!

Oh Yeah! Santorum says, its not his job to correct false statements made about the President! Maybe not! But if the tables were turned! What would happen? I think we all know the answer to that.

I would like to say to alot of people out there! You can have differences with the President on issues, he is not perfect, but neither are the rest of us. When you look at the bigger picture, took at what he has accomplished, so many things you just can't list them all, like GM now the biggest car company in the world again, for one! Some people refuse to even listen, or be open minded about any of it! The alternative is such a screwed up mess, full of facist ideas, and racism, and class warfare, and continually lying about the actual meaning the laws of our country! That we would all suffer more than any of us can even put our finger on, or even imagine! Newt Gingrich or Romney, either one, could become elected President!! It could really happen. That scenario makes me cringe, and ill!

You are right Rex, they are out of touch, alright. So out of touch, in fact, that one could throw a ball way out there as far as the eye could see, and it would never come back again!! Robert Reich is one of my fave's because he speaks volumes, day after day after day!!!
I just read an article from Huffington Post, where, the President was going to honor the Boston Bruins hockey team at a White House ceremony! Well, one of the larger than life players on the championship team,Tim Thomas, decided that he wouldn't attend, because he wanted to be a real butt face, and cite political differences, and big Government, as his reason for not being there. Someone wrote, on a blog, in response, whose name will live on in history? Obama, or Tim Thomas! A real no brainer! It is sad they way many have be-littled the office of the President, because of who occupies it! What a sad country we have become, in the last three years!!

First I posted this on a different thread. Bill Moyers said his gop friend in texas said to him about citizens united vote making corporations people he said when texas executes a corporation then a corporation is a person.
This is mitt, newt, and the rest of them corporations isnt just a person, but their piggy bank. Money to them is nothing and the average people of america are just here to work so the wealthy and corporations can become richer. These people are so out of touch with the people it is funny, but it is scary as their base is just as crazy and out of touch. They say they want a change and the president is the first black president and this I disagree he isnt our first black president he is our fire multi racial president as his mom was white and his dad was afican(black). These people hate him for this reason and if he was white things would be different they would still want a change, but wouldnt hate him because he is white.

If corporations are people, why aren't the banks that crashed the economy and killed the middle class on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted list? Why aren't the banksters and hedge fund crooks featured on a Cop's TV program special dedicated to Wall Street - in handcuffs with their face on the curb and a cop's knee in their back reciting Miranda. Bain Capital is guilty of "factory jacking". Rear-ending a going business concern with their hostile takeover limosine, pulling management out of the drivers seat and pistol whipping them, ordering the passengers (workers, suppliers, and community) out on the side of the road, driving away to a chop shop to strip it and sell the tires, air bags, stereo, GPS, glass, hood, fenders, and dump the carcass on the side of the road. Did I mention the state and local economic development funds and turning the freshly raided pension fund over to the federal insurance program.The limo pulls away with a boat load of cash and the perpetrators are photographed partying with $100 dollar bills in their mouth. You can see the victim factories everywhere in the midwest. - all 57,000 of them. They are easy to spot - a huge empty cinder block building with weeds and not cars in the parking lot and a Bluestone Property For Lease sign (I call it a moved to China sign) on the front lawn. They'll never lease it.
