Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-IL, on Tuesday slammed President Trump’s attacks on Attorney General Jeff Sessions, calling them “beneath the office” of any elected official.
“Mr. President, maybe just try a meeting? This is beneath the office – of any held office – from city councilman to POTUS,” Kinzinger said in a Tweet.

Earlier in the day Tuesday the President took another shot at Sessions for not investigating Hillary Clinton, a tactic he also used over the weekend.
“Attorney General Jeff Sessions has taken a VERY weak position on Hillary Clinton crimes (where are E-mails & DNC server) & Intel leakers!,” Trump tweeted.
