Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley on Sunday criticized North Korea for their recent missile launch, saying he doesn’t help talks between the U.S. and the rogue nation.
“Having a missile test is not a way to sit down with the present because he’s absolutely not going to do it,” Haley said in an interview with ABC News’s “This Week.”
The Ambassador said the Un.S. will continue to put pressure on North Korea, who has attempted two failed ballistic missile tests last month before a reportedly successful one this weekend.
“Until he meets our conditions, we’re not sitting down with him,” continued.
Noth Korea early Sunday launched a successful ballistic missile test. Haley focused on the need for a “strong unified message” adding that the U.S. is dedicated to protecting South Korea.
